Hi everyone, I'm 68 and have a few health problems, cant walk too far so thought I would try an electric bike so I could at least go out with the wife and walk the dog. I dont want to spend too much to start with and have seen advertised a Cyclotricity Revolver at £649 which is about as far as I would like to go pricewise. Where I live is pretty hilly but I would only be riding 3 or 4 miles at a time. Can anybody give me any information on this bike please? All the shops say they are great, but they would would'nt they. Looking foreward to some info and good advice. Thanks in advance. Pete.

The Cyclotricity Revolver is as good as anything in that price range. There's no rubbish bikes these days. The only thing I'd e careful of is the waterproofness of the bottle battery, which is more or less the same on all of them. If you're going to take it out in heavy rain, think about giving it some extra protection - like a shower cap or cover.
