Have you considered a wired bullet cam with separate remote DVR. I've used one of these for almost two years now...excellent camera.

cheers i just had a look at that wired unit but must admit i wouldnt want to be tethered to a separate unit by a cable.

i ordered the Contour roam 2 for £134 from Amazon.

i will post my finding when i have tested it.
