help for my sick powerbyke X6 needed

My bike obsession has progressed to electric bikes aswell, but im reading 90 plus volts on charger and battery on my voltmeter, only thing working on bike is battery indicator lights, im suspicious of multimetre now or is this possible for charger to malfunction and overcharge battery. what voltage is battery surposed to be reading when fully charged.
Can handle mechanical side, new cable, truing wheels brakes etc, but could do with help sorting electrics.

I have Thompson electric classic frame and wheels for trade if anyone wants to trade it for parts for x6 or short on chainrings or a suspension seatpost for giant terrago.

Battery indicator lights on full but x6 not working. Battery measured at key at 41.9volts. I get a voltage of 39.3 at the controller output connector, but once I connect hub wiring i get no volts reading at forks connector, I Bypassed the controller and jump started motor, so hub and wiring ok. It could be controller or throttle or crank sensor, how does one tell which is faulty?
