Help needed! - giant road - speedbox 2

Hi

Can anyone help or advise?

Just bought a speedbox 2 for my giant road e1 2017 model and I definitely have bought the correct one - but once I turn it on I get a sensor error message and the speedo doesn’t work? Can anyone please help?
