This is the controller and wiring on my Woosh Santana. I need to get inside to tidy it all up and then fix the controller more effectively. I want to do this because of an intermittent "error 25" that occurs on start up on the King Meter, and Woosh have asked me to check all the connections. Woosh say the controller is a Lishui 7a-14a. It looks as if it could be this one?

Q1 Anyone know of the wiring diagram for this? I am nervous about diving in without one.
Q2 Do I need any special tools for pulling it all apart
Q3 Anyone had experience with this controller?
Q4 Is anyone else unimpressed with the layout?!

Any help would be appreciated

You shouldn't need a wiring diagram. It's fairly obvious which connector goes where. All these controllers are similar and easy to figure out despite the bundle of wires. You don't need any special tools. The only difficulty is squeezing all the wires back in. If it's a King Meter J-LCD panel, code 25 is brakes. I'm not sure if it means brakes on too long or not connected, or could be faulty sensor or connection if three-wire type.

Pull the controller out and photograph the wires, and I should be able to help you identify which is which.

Hi Trex,

I have the manual thanks and was aware that it meant what you said, however the issue is unconnected with the brake lever operation. Woosh seem to think it's a dodgy connection.

john f, the manual for your King Meter LCD is here:
http://old.i4wifi.cz/inc/_doc/attach/StoItem/3388/KingMeter-LCD.pdf

Error 25: Brake abnormality (meaning brake sensor is on) - this happens when you squeeze the brake handle when switching on the LCD. Releasing the brake handle will remove the error.

On second thoughts, perhaps dodgy connections at the brake end? Will investigate more tomorrow.

Do those connectors just pull apart then?
