Hero Eco - A to B lay off all staff in UK France and Germany?

I have just heard a rumour that Hero Eco have laid off all their staff in the UK, Germany and France and are doing a deal with Avocet. Has anyone else heard anything?

Hopefully they'll get it right this time. Since the A2B deal, their lack of support, lack of contact details or a usable website has let numerous owners down. They'll either need to work hard to gain trust or hide under the Avocet name.
