First post here, Been drawn in whilst looking for a decent conversion kit for my MTB.
Had it from new its a 2008 Model GT Avalanche 1.0 - This is what im looking at converting but I cannot decide on the best way to go.
Looking through the forum it appears that woosh bikes may be the way to forward for a reliable rear hub conversion?
I am going to be changing the tyres, Removing the bottle holders to make room for a frame mounted battery and removing the speedo, lights and phone holder anyway.
My main priorities are like most people, Its just a leisure / weekend bike and I would like to get the best range possible, I would also like a throttle option for those lazy moments, Budget wise - Anything upto £1000, I will be carrying out the conversion myself but just want a ready to go kit from a reliable source.
Any help or reccomendations would be great as it's a minefield out there.
Thanks in advance and its great to be part of the community.20190110_151715.jpg

Mid drive probably the 48v tsdz torque sensing one from Woosh as they will give you support in case of any issues.
