Good Morning All - you seem like a nice bunch !
I'm a London commuter who will do anything I can to avoid getting on the tube !
I've commuted into Central London on and off for my entire working life, invariably on two wheels and currently it's a 10 mile each way trip from Stanmore to the West End.
I kid myself that I ride a mixture of motorcycle (Kawasaki KLE500) and bicycle (Dawes Sonoran) but I know that in 2014 I have only pedalled ONCE !
I'm 53 and far from being fit so I hills and headwinds do me in and I just stick to the Kwacker. I know that if I actually cycle more I would get fit enough to cycle even more - but I don't !
So I figure that an e-bike is the answer to break the spiral and cycle - in fact I plan to actually get rid of the motorcycle entirely to force me to get fitter - and save money.
I'll post separately for advice in the "what bike should I buy forum" - I have some thoughts - but they need need validation by experience.
cheers
Terry
