Hi folks,

Just a quick introduction. After a recent trial of a Giant Ebike I wanted to join the club and ended up purchasing a HaiBike Sduro FullSeven 3.0 from a local bike shop.

So far I've only done 200 miles on it but really enjoying the experience of being off-road and having that extra assistance when needed. I'm trying to improve my fitness level using the lowest setting whenever possible.
Really pleased with the bike so far, I find the Yamaha controls excellent and can be quickly adjusted without looking at the display. The Giant Ebike I tried was also excellent but not as easy to change without looking at the display.

I was unsure about going for full suspension, my back is not the best and I would often feel the impact and bumps on my older bike, the suspension on this has vastly reduced the fatigue I would feel.

So far added mudguards, saddle bag and a bell. Just need to find a suitable water bottle and see where it can fit on the bike?

Thanks for having me.

I, ve got Sduro hard seven, if I upgrade I, ll get same as yours (OP) Love mine..
Done 3500 trouble free miles, 90% off road. Still on tubed tyres.. Avoid canal bankings, get a puncture every time on them. Ignore comments re mudguards. Got same on mine.. Work fine. Rather by dry than look good...
Good choice, good luck and enjoy it.
PS.. I use mine in highest setting even when trying to get fitter. Just go faster, keep speed atound 25/26 kmh... Just above power... When you slow you get a burst of aid, then maintain effort... Using bike to its best and getting fit. More fun that way..
Doing this I can still get 30 miles off road.

Santiniuk,
I have the same model Haibike and I am very pleased with it.
My Haibike dealer also recommended going tubeless. Tape the rims and use Muc-Off sealant.

You will need a valve core removal tool similar to this which does both Presta and Schrader valves:

Alternatively, if you already have a chain tool then you can use that instead on your Presta valve:

Ignore the negative comment about your mudguards.

Hi folks,

Many thanks for the welcome. I haven't burned the mudguards... There is time yet :)

Also really appreciate the information on tubeless Eagle. I'm just learning so that was great detail. Much appreciated.

I actually got a puncture on my 1st ride out. It was a huge thorn. A friend recommended using 'Slime' tubes. All new to me so I did swap my original tubes. Fingers crossed for a bit but It seems tubeless is the way.

Been a busy week so not had much time to get out, was hoping to this weekend but U.K weather not looking too good.

I'm sure I will have a lot of questions moving forward.

Cheers
