How do I share Strava data

A few people are uploading their Strava data and tracks to pedelecs forum I use Strava what do I need to do to upload. Thanks Izzy.

On your activities page select your ride, at the top in the http www. pane you will see a link similar to this; strava.com/activities/698745557.
Right click on it select ' cut ' then in the pedelecs reply box right click and select 'paste' and hey presto the link should appear in my case as https://www.strava.com/activities/698745557.

One heck of an errand!

Yep that is my longest errand run to the beefarm to get supplies for my girls, most errands are a lot more local being usually about 5 miles.
