Most torque arms are supplied with a jubilee clip to anchor them to the fork. The problem is that the torque pulls the link in the direction of the fork and the jubilee clip is not stiff enough to resiisist motion in that direction. They can even get ripped right off. Here's a solution. I normally fit the link to the disc caliper mount, but in this case there wasn't enough thread on the axle for the thickness of the torque arm, so I was forced to fix it on the other side. I mashed some aluminium tube flat and made a P- bracket, which makes a rigid anchor point. You can get torque arms from Cyclezee direct or from his Ebay listing. Apparently he's selling a lot of them:
