Hey everyone.

Here's a bit of an odd question for you all. So i have finally found a buyer for my wisper, problem is he wants proof of ownership and i lost the reciept and stupidly never registered the bike.
Any suggestions.

p.s this is a lesson in keeping reciepts and registering your bikes when you buy them.

Thanks

If you bought it from a dealer they may have a record of the transaction. Alternatively, if there's no other way, Wisper may be able to give some information based on the model and it's frame number.

Hope you are lucky with that thanks to Willin' Laura, the statement suggestion was from him, not me.

Laura:

If you bought from e-bikes direct, sign in to your account and there will be an invoice/receipt there you can print off. Mine is still there from three years ago.

Oh! Serves me right for assuming you'd do it like I would....

In that case, if David is doing his thing, no doubt you'll get a copy in due course. My dealings with E-bikes Direct were exemplary - I had a damaged component on delivery and they sent me a replacement which turned up the following morning.

Rog.
