Ok, this need wire - + to bottle battery the "base". and Use drill hole the base for wire in. I can make all. I go buy one 30A car fuse.

very important:
One wire per pin, and each wire needs insulation - with 4mm heat shrink sleeve to cover each pin.

the pins must look like this when you finished:

Please remove the new wires and restore the old wires back to the plug where they were.

Please post a picture inside the base, I'll point out for you where the new wires should go.

Well, I have one old solder, not have parts with solder, I can't lots pay for this solder. Can I post to ur address for make wrie and solder my all bottle battery, fuse and wires? when i get all with items package than posted.

Two Lipo batterys yesterday delivered, Today I make build finished and tested work now i am happy with that Lipo batterys.

Always use both on bottle battery and two Lipo pack connect to BBS01? When ride bottle battery low end I will bottom turn off, Next Lipo packs auto run?

Soon go ride, Ordered I wait for bag small put two packs.

you can use the bottle battery or the lipo pack or both for bigger range.
It would be simpler to get a 36V 15AH bottle battery and sell your 9AH bottle battery second hand but where is the fun in that?

have you got your two lipo packs wired together and working? you need to connect them in series to get 42V. With these two packs, you will get about 20 miles.
If you sell your bottle battery and buy a 15AH battery, you get about 55 miles.

New 15ah battery is little big size dimensions so difficulty by my KMX trike back with sit. my bottle is 34cm L x 10cm H full good with KMX trike.

if you wire in your lipo kit, bottle + lipo kit give about 45 miles.

Make sure that your batteries are at the same voltage if you're going to connect them together otherwise you will see a lot of smoke.
