Definitely a scam. The address is in Brooklyn yet they want payment in Yuan/ Yen.

Also, they're offering an electric motorbike for ¥99.00....bent as a nine-bob note

Agreed a scam for sure. Try buying something but put in a load of bunkum false email postcode etc, it still accepts the order but I bet it would throw up an error soon enough if you tried fake payment details. Sadly some poor devil will fall for it.
