Hi, The battery indicator on my infineum extreme lpx reads different to the meter on the bike computer.. eg: on the battery if i press the push button it will read three lights ( when charged i have five but if left and not used it drops down to three lights ) but if i put the battery on the bike the meter reads full. Just seems strange reading on battery is different to the one on the bike.
Is this usual or do you think i have a faulty battery.
Not had chance to test bike yet so do not know the range etc due to not being to well.
The battery is a 36V - 6.5 Ah - 234 watt hours.
Thanks in advance.

Battery indicator is probably not calibrated properly.
You'll need to fully charge it and then use the bike to almost flat to discharge it a couple of times to condition the indicator.

It's not unusual for a bike's handlebar meter to read differently from the battery meter reading, and it's the battery that is always the more accurate. I think once you started riding a short while the bike's meter would quickly get closer to the one on the battery.

Always fully charge the battery at the outset and try to ride it to almost empty at least once when the bike is new. This allows the battery meter to set it's zero point and be more accurate from then on. From then on, just charge regularly and avoid emptying the battery if it's not necessary.

After much longer use, the battery meter can drift out of accuracy, so if you suspect that again, just fully charge and then ride to almost empty again to reset it.

N.B. Crossed with Scotty's post.
