An old brushed motor then, it is possible to run with no controller but doubt it as a controller will control the battery current.
My swizzbee is brushed but does use a controller.

Tbh your bike like my swizzbee is fit for a museum and retirement.

Thats why I want it out of the way LOL as its way too old
