Hi
Ive a Bawes Boost which i believe is road only... or mainly :) Wen I was a Kid I cirried a puncture repair kit and within 15 minutes would be on my way again, now I'm thinking "carry a couple of spare innertubes" when i looked you can also buy self sealing and also tubless tyres for spares... what would everyone recommend?

I've always been dubious about self-sealing/Slime etc, and I found tubeless mtb tyres lost air so quickly that I went back to tubes.

As a Luddite, I'd stick with a spare tube or 2, plus tyre levers and, if paranoid, a repair kit as well. None of it's very heavy or bulky, and you know it will work, unlike some of the higher-tech stuff.

KISS, as the computer guys used to say ;)

Ditto, I'd avoid Slime and the like and carry a repair kit and a spare tube. In nice weather and good circumstances use the repair kit, the tube to cope with adverse circumstances when repair isn't convenient.
