I'm hoping it won't be yet again an electric hub not driving through it's gear hub, like their Sparc motor shown there. I think the 3 speed BionX they mention will be the same, not using the gears, just the DD motor with hub gear built in.
Until they start using the built in gear hub for the motor as well as the cyclist, there's not much point in the integration, making them in the words of A to B Magazine, lost opportunities.
