Yes, seconded, been using it for years. Tiny program which can resize and compress your photos so you won't post the monsters that we get at present, forcing readers to constantly scroll left and right to read sentences.

Irfanview is great but don't forget Paint.Net if you need more umph and of course the mother of all free paint packages - GIMP.

I only mentioned Infanview as the best otimizer!

The others are paint programs and yes I use Gimp also but not for optimizing!
