is it my battery?

hi

When i charge my battery up all the power lights on the handlebar show up green.

I can cycle to work (about 7 mile) everything ok.

When i come home at 12-30am if i hit an incline the power starts to die off then come back again,this get worse as i go along.The lights still show green.

The strange thing is when i use the throttle and peddle there seems to be plenty of power left,and i can make it home easily.

I spoke to the company they think is faulty battery cell (36v 10ah 18 month old)tried using my wife battery which is the same battery i get the same effect.Could both batteries go at the same time?

Anyone shed any light on this,

Hi Try your wife's bike on the same journey test both battery's Then you will know if the problem is with the battery's

Not that easy her bike has no lights and the frame is very small,could swap the lights over, i'll try charging batery up at work to see if problem still there.
