Is this battery charger noise normal?

My new bike has got a Samsung battery recharge time of a couple of hours. It’s not noticeable on my other bike chargers. This rapid charger makes a sound like a boiling kettle. Is this normal?

Its more than likely the fan within the charger. My charger makes a similar noise.

Thanks. It does sound like a fan. I wasn’t aware that there was a fan in chargers.

Most fast chargers have fans in them. The time to worry is when it dosn't make any noise, failed fan = overheated charger
