Is this bike or what is left of it 'knocked off'?

Clearly not being sold by a bike shop and the other gear that they are selling also looks dubious!

The story was something like: They are a bike shop who were selling these. This is what's left of their stock at the end of the line, which they canibalised for spares because they had handling damage.

I think any bike shop worth anything would have someone spend 30min or so to true the wheel...
