Can anyone help me with my wiring here?

I was told my controller inside the bike rack was faulty.

I have an exact like for like replacement.

But as I did not take a note of the route each wire took I can't get the bike to work.

Power in: -

Red from first battery socket to left of switch
Red from second battery socket to right of switch
Red from centre of switch to controller
Black from both battery sockets to Black on controller

Power out: -
Green from Controller to Black on motor
Blue from Controller to Red on motor

Brakes: -

Grey from controller to yellow on brakes
Black from controller to grey on brakes

PAS/TAG Throttle : -

Green Black Red from controller to Green Black Red on white box
Red Blue Black from white box to Red Blue Black on Black box/switch PAS

second Red Blue Black from white box to Red white Black Throttle
Small Red from controller to Brown throttle
Small Black from controller to Yellow throttle

Where does Green from throttle plug into? c.JPGa.JPGb.JPG

Right - I have managed to locate each of the correct connecting wires.

I have power from the battery packs to the switch (on both sides.)

I have a Green and Yellow battery light on the throttle.

When I use the throttle nothing happens.

There is no help with the PAS.

What is going on here???????????

Or

Can anyone recommend an Ebike specialist that can trace and repair the fault.

Wolverhampton, Cannock, Lichfield or surrounding area would be nice.

If both the throttle and pedelec functions are not working, locate the brake switch cables and disconnect them from the controller. If one of those switches has failed 'closed', then the system is inhibited.

This is a fairly simple test which you can do for yourself. If that fails to cure the problem you may need to seek further help.
