No. The bulbous lump is moulded and wiring is encapsulated in molten pliable rubber that has set some what.
I opened one up once just to have a look/see and then lobbed it in the bin, I kept the julet ends with wiring in case I needed a spare.
The pair of red julets are for brake out use as you have no throttle simply cover the ends with glued 3:1 heat shrink sleeve to prevent moisture shorting them.
