Do you realise that you have saved 'US' lots of money. A few threads back we were on the subject of battery care, first and foremost thing is to buy a particular product.
Secondly, and most importantly is how to maintain or look after it.
I will have to say that you had mentioned something very important that we should not take lightly or for granted. Ok, sorry to you all, let me get to the point, from now on before taking my bike out it is always good practice to keep the battery pack warm(from very cold temp) before charging because it would be less strain on the battery cells.
Nice one flecc, anything that can help to prolong a batteries life span is good knowledge to our ears.
NB This is for people who park their bikes out in the shed/garage or stored in the coldest section of the house/store room.
