Just joined need help!!

Just purchased a green edge CS2 bike. Need to get it insured but can't find the serial number on the bike. Does it even have one? I can't insure it without one.

Contacted Halfords as they supplied the bike through my works cycle to work scheme. They have been as much use as a chocolate teapot.

I have also sent an email to e-bikes direct who supplied the bike to Halfords.

Does anyone know where the serial number is on this bike????

Have you looked underneath the bottom bracket to see if there's a frame number there ?

Yes I looked there not there.

Got a reply from E Bikes who supply the bike. They said it was on the bottom of the bike frame where the stem goes into the frame. Found it now, difficult to see as its stamped into the metal and the frame is black.

Thanks for your help though.

Put where it is just incase someone else has the same problem.
