I have been away for under 3 weeks. Before I went all was fine. Battery about 60% charged,
When I came to take it out today nothing happened when I pressed the on switch for the display.
No useful suggestions in the troubleshooting section of the manual.
Any ideas please?

If this battery is anything like the Panasonic battery supplied on earlier Kalkhoffs, it goes into a sleep mode after a period of inactivity in order to protect it. To reactivate / wake up the Panasonic batteries, you simply put them on the charger for a few minutes. The Impulse may use similar technology, so worth trying by putting your battery on the charger for half an hour..

Also, if you just press the red button on the battery it will wake it up.
