Kalkhoff warranty

Is the 2 year warranty on Kalkhoffs transferable. eg if I buy a s/h Kalkhoff or get one via work cycle to work scheme and get the chance to buy after a year will the balance of the warranty transfer to me, as it would with a car, or is it only valid for the first purchaser?

I can answer my own question now having contacted 50C..... So for the benefit of anyone else considering a used Kalkhoff. 50C say the warranty say is transferable, provided evidence of purchase by original owner is available, which seems fair.
