KT-LD3 peddle assist cuts off at 14.2 mph how can i set it to 15.5 thank for any help given John

hold both up and down buttons for 5 seconds to enter setting mode, you should see 'MXS' flash. Use up / down button to set desired speed, press power button to save. You can download a manual from the woosh website here:
