Does anyone know how the frame size is measured on the new KTM e-cross? Is it the standard - centre of the crank axle (bottom bracket) to the top of the seat tube, where the seat post is inserted?

Yes I believe it is. Dimension "B" on the geometry table. Scroll down the page for the dimensions.
