I've got a question and this seems like a good place to ask it.

I'm loving my new eLycan P, but I was disappointed to find that it doesn't come with the DD (walk assistance) button. Is it possible to buy this and add it onto the bike? It's a feature I'd really appreciate.

Hi,

The walk along function is available as an optional upgrade, you just need to order though a dealer.

The part numbers they will need are:

96817900301 and 96817900300

These can be ordered by any dealer on our b2b site.

They will be able to give you details of prices etc.

Thank you very much Tom. That is great news and will make my life so much easier when I reach a slope that I can't manage to ride the bike up. I'll contact Emotion (where I purchased the bike from) and see if I can order it for when I bring the bike in for it's first service.
