as you know I wasn't happy with the non-adjustable handlebar stem and resultant high riding position so I have invested in a set of zoom "easy rider" bars for £16 which claim to be infinitely variable in terms of rider position, and it's kind of true, I have set them up to suit me and the riding experience is transformed. They are relatively flat so do not interfere with the folding aspect of the bike, all in all I would recommend them to anyone frustrated with straight handlebars, check the piccies (yes, I still havren't left the backyard, before you say anything...):

yup, time I forsook the patio for the highway .... actually have done about 100 miles on the cheetah, which is about 15000 circuits of the patio in real terms.
