is it purely a pedelec only - or do they have a throttle?

They are pedelec only no throttle,personally i think £450 is expensive for an old bike,but that is around the price they sell for with a good battery and in very good condition on ebay,occasionally they come up for sale on the classifieds here,usually a little cheaper than ebay,there have recently been some yamaha easy bikes for sale,these are similar and usually much cheaper often under £200.
