L'Alpe-d'Huez

I think today we should all give thanks that our rides home don't conclude with L'Alpe-d'Huez, and that to finish a stage of 210km! Much respect to those chaps.

Forgetting the 200 odd kilometres before the climb, could any current standard ebike make it to the summit?

Agreed...... This is turning into the most interesting Tour in years. Augustyn's ride up la Bonette yesterday was heroic and today is the last chance for Kohl or Schleck to take the 2+ minutes out of Evans that they will need if the Australian isn't going to win it in the final time-trial. My money's on Evans.

Beat me to it Nick...... I watched it today and it really shocks me how fast the top guys can climb that thing. Although I was much fresher looking than any of them when I did it on Pro Connect! lol Here's the link to my youtube vid again for anyone interested
