Looks like a good idea, though I think it might make car drivers even more confused than many of them appear to be already.

As for your car, why not carry your own parking meter in the boot?

thats a great idea...take your parking meter with you...the people who do the fake blue badges can do fake parking meters as well,,,you could make a fortune as well,,find your own bit of space and charge what you want,,,,afterall the councils do !!!
