Latest producer of Lithium batteries, Galaxy in western Australia, have just signed a contract to produce actual lithium batteries for China, using american Company K2 energy's technology and producing 350,000 a year.......the really interesting point is their comments on profit from Lithium.....in concentrate form its apparently worth $1 per lithium unit, converting it to Lithium carbonate its worth $3 per unit, but converting it to a battery its worth $500 per unit.......so does this look like no sign of battery prices coming down in the near future ?.........
