Electric BikeFest - in asssociation with BEBA

The much loved BikeFest (our festival within a festival of all things bike related) goes electric! That's solar and wind-powered electric of course.

NEW for 2012, BikeFest have teamed up with BEBA – British Electric Bicycle Association to give visitors the opportunity to try the latest in fun and green transportation. There will be over 40 of the latest electric bikes available for test-rides throughout the event in a safe and purpose built test area.

They were just examples, and not on very often. The other type of venues I mentioned are a much better option, happen more often, and open to all.

But motorhome owners love ebikes and have the money to spend....Just back from Spain last week and you see 100's of ebikes as the area is packed with campers who stay over the winter.

I have just heard that the Guys from 50cycles will be supporting the event by bringing Kalkoff bikes along to the E Bike Fest!
