Loose wire in joint box.

Hi....I think there is a loose wire in what I assume is a joint box on the handlebar stem of my Wisper.

I keep losing power but if I jiggle the main wire going into the bottom of this box I can get the power back.

What's 'gonna happen if I undo the four screws and open the box ?
Will I be able to tighten the connection ?
