I've been using my electric bike for about 18months. Cycling home from work today, kept losing power. Seemed odd because I charged the battery at work. Kept showing no power and turning itself off. I thought maybe the battery is at the end if its life, but when I checked it, it had 100% charge? Any ideas?

You need to give a lot more information about the bike.
A tired battery will appear to have 100% charge/voltage if you measure it when it's not delivering power. As soon as it is in the least stressed the voltage will sag. However, that probably won't come on quickly, it will degrade over some time.
It could well be a dodgy connection somewhere.
