Male charging point (on the bike)

My one seems to have worn out, where can I buy a replacement one and is it hard to fix on to the bike? I have the bosch powerpack 400 system on a crossfire. Im talking about the terminal thats on the bike not the female one on the battery. Thanks

Is it a rack one or a tube one? The rack ones were badly designed. It is very easy to get it to appear to locate and the lock click shut, but still not properly seated. It's easy to get it right when you are careful, but very easy to get it wrong if you don't keep a sharp lookout as you mount it. That can cause extra wear on the connections.

Try a very slight twist with pliers, a little scrape with a screwdriver, and switch cleaner. That might just allow it to make a good connection again.
