They have 201 rpm AKM 100SX cassette motors listed at $45 inc. shipping. I just bought one with a complete 15A KT controller kit for £119 inc. shipping and taxes. Other people sell KT controller kits for about £80, so I got the motor for around £40!!!! They're ordering system is a bit quirky, so be persistant and try different things if it doesn't work at first.
This motor should do very well at 48v to give the ideal 260 rpm for a 26" wheel limited to 15 mph or would give very good climbing power for a 20" wheel bike with max power at around 12mph, ramping down towards 15 mph.
They still also have some of those XF08Cs that I bought a short while ago for my bike. It goes OK with plenty of power at 48v, but is a bit on the fast side, which you can feel wen starting off. It would probably be better at 36v and 20A for 15 mph legal speed.
