E-Bikes were again featured on BBC TV southern News last night. Positive opinions were expressed.

Then, this morning, BBC local Radio were doing a feature. It seems some bods at Sussex University have got themselves a grant to 'test' some E-Bikes, and some good PR is flowing out.

I wonder if E-Bikes are about to become 'De Rigeur' at the BBC, we may see alot more ebike stuff.

As a resident of Brighton I have noticed over the last week a higher volume of e-bikes on the roads and cycle lanes here in Brighton & Hove than i have ever seen before which i must assume is to do with the sussex universty grant
I only got close up to one and saw Raleigh written on the frame but there seem to be more than one supplier Oh my god i have become a e-bike spotter i need help.

No cure, and it invariably causes complications. The most virulent is MBS (Multiple Bike Syndrome). Some of the members of this site have a particularly aggressive strain, they just can't stop acquiring more bikes!! Poor lambs!

However, the increased publicity on general media is a very good thing, and I feel the time may be right for me to increase my lobbying activities with the local council to push for more and better cycling infrastructure. Has anyone had any luck with this type of endeavour?
