Hah; every day's a slippy day around here, with all the cow muck on the road - it's not good, having no front guard, when (sh)it flicks up in the air and lands on my face.

Still tearing up the tarmac on my Marathon Plus Tours ... not a hint of slippage so far touch wood. Conti Winters arrived though, which is nice. When I've found somewhere to read up how to get the blasted chain tight again after refitting the wheel they might even go on !
