Thanks Penny, appreciated, I tracked your blog every day and was really interested in your progress. Being a computer numpty, I would like to know how to turn your link above into a sat nav telling me which way to go etc.

I've no idea how to do that, but the route was plotted each morning just using Google maps on my iPhone in cycle mode, so I never really knew which way I was going each day. The tracking was done using an app called follow mee, on my iPhone, which recorded my position every ten minutes, so I still have all the details, and have just uploaded them to google maps.

Thanks for following me, it was a great feeling to know there were so many people out there watching my progress.
