my new wisper 705 classic

right I have taken the plunge ,bike delivered a week ago but under strict instructions from wife to finish decorating first! Saturday morning battery charged day before ,bright sunny start ,some years since I have been on any bike other than my motorbike . so I decided on a trip to Rudyard lake ,a local beauty spot ,its about a 6mile round trip .first impressions the wisper is a lovely bike to ride ,the upright position suits me ,being a chap of advancing years .gear changes were smooth ,when I came to my one and only hill I set the assistance to the 2nd position ,there are 6 to chose from hill taken very easily .once on the cycle track I dropped it to position 1 and went to top gear 18 minutes later I reached Rudyard 5mins to rest .and I was eager to get back on the bike .back home and what a great experience . cons only one it was difficult to read the meter in bright sunlight ,yes I know I do not need to look at it all the time but you know I am a new starter

Sounds excellent - I looked at a 705 too, lovely bikes.
