Just listened to an episode of the bike show and learnt about at site for reporting vehicles parked in cycle lanes

I had a quick look at the London ones, the ice cream vans on double red lines are illegal but without seeing the parking signs none of the others seemed to be. Someone should tell them that parking in a cycle lane is not illegal.
