I have the latest Nyon display and find using it for navigation is very hit and miss. It often tries to take me on footpaths, over fields and even routes where bikes are not allowed. It doesn’t seem to consider using National Cycle Routes which I would have thought would be the most obvious if they can be included in a route.
Does anyone know if it is possible to get it to use National Cycle Routes if possible, otherwise routes that are cycle friendly only?
I have the same problem with Komoot. It does a better job than the Nyon but still sometimes chooses non-bike friendly routes and doesn’t use National Cycle Routes as a priority.
