Need help to find this battery as the old one don't charge

Hi brought what I have been told is a erider 15 but the battery does not hold it charge.. so was wondering if anyone can help me.. where I can buy this battery from there is no stickers on the battery at all.. I got told is it's 36volts I have searched on internet but can't find one like it
