My 36v 10amh battery is losing its range. Any recommendations of where to buy a reasonable replacement, it needs to be a rack battery.

It might help if you show us what battery you have, and maybe your bike too.

To get the most help from the experts on this site good pictures of your bike with battery attached and removed and battery removed are a good idea and allows them to give the best advise.

I have bought replacement batteries from Yose who have an ebay shop and have proved to be a professional company to deal with at reasonable prices shipped quickly from a UK Wherehouse .

The link is I believe their Ebay shop. It is a rack battery but may not be the right one. They hopefully will have one that is right.

One needs a pic or two to try and id the rack and battery case type, one rack battery to another can be quite different so not a universal fit.
Sometimes it is easier to resort to buying a new rack with battery and simply swap it out, alternatively one may be able to buy a battery of the same dimensions and swap out the internal battery pack.

How did you get on with the GSM ?
My two were complete failures and between the two I had failed to complete a total of 300 miles.

It’s been ok. I’m only a light user and there’s been minor issues, the cranks seized a couple of years ago. I managed it get it going again and expected to have to replace it in the short but it's still going. But I’m now getting less than 10miles from the battery. It’s definitely been good value and Woosh have always been fantastic with support too!
