Just thought with the benefit of extra time at present i would share my bbshd build.
This is my second ebike build the last being a front hub drive with parts sourced from conhis motors.
The bike served me well for many years commuting to work.
This time i wanted a crack at a mid drive and see many benefits to this build over my previous build.
The bike is a Decathlon Btwin Rockrider 540 as i was keen to have a new affordable donor bike.
The mid drive is 1000w bbshd
Battery 20aH 52v from unit pack power
Stem is a Suntour ncx essential on this hard tail.
I have gone the full stretch and made a video which I have posted on youtube with further details of the build which has been a great distraction of late
